Simple Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout in your local currency.

Quick Dispatch
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24–36 hours on business days, Monday through Saturday.
For custom orders, the dispatch time will follow the schedule confirmed with our customer service team. In rare cases, such as during peak seasons or when your package requires more complex preparation, processing may take up to 72 hours.
We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Please note: If international shipping is involved, customs clearance is generally completed efficiently when all legal and regulatory requirements are met. We will cooperate fully with the necessary procedures, but if delays occur, the final delivery time will depend on your local customs release.

Restricted Items
Please note that some items may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries or regions due to local laws and regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items they order comply with the import rules of their destination country.
If your order cannot be shipped due to legal restrictions, we will cancel the shipment and issue a full refund.
These legal and customs regulations are beyond our control. No exceptions can be made.
Address Corrections
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order leaves our warehouse. If we are not notified before dispatch, the address cannot be changed afterwards.
Import Duties & Taxes
For most orders, import duties and taxes are included in the product price. We will handle the necessary payments and customs declarations where applicable. In rare cases, additional local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Exceptions
Shipping to certain countries or remote regions may not be possible due to local restrictions, limited carrier access, or high logistical risk. If we are unable to deliver to your location after you place an order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Shipment Tracking Delays
If your tracking status has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier to expedite the delivery. If your parcel has not been delivered within 45 days, please notify us within 60 days. We will consider the package lost and arrange a free replacement shipment for you.
Limitation of Liability
We are committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of every order. In the rare event of delays or delivery issues, we will actively work with our logistics partners to resolve the problem and assist you until the matter is settled.
Please note that certain circumstances may be beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or sudden changes in local regulations. In such cases, while we cannot accept unlimited liability, our responsibility will always extend to the full value of the products you purchase.
We do not cover indirect or incidental losses (such as missed events or business opportunities) resulting from delivery delays.
